Return Policy
We offer an 7 day return policy, giving you 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales01.miniflower@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Room 312, Block A, Creative Park, No.1 Liansheng Road, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
